So what does this say about some military leaders?

Food for thought...

If a military leader will cover up weaknesses in their leadership by threatening, coercing, lying, misleading the leadership that supports them, then when do we draw the line??

I for one would rather respect someone for thier knowledge and good judgement than fear them for their reprisals.
